Updated 2026-07-14 · fact-checked against official Fizz sources

Email hello@mobilereferrals.ca to report an error (ideally with a link to the official source), ask a press or data question, or make a suggestion. If we're wrong about a number, we'll fix it within a day. We have no access to Fizz accounts — for those, use Fizz's own chat or community forum.

Before you write

Two quick redirects that save most people a wait:

“I need help with my Fizz account.” We’re not Fizz, and we have no access to its systems — nobody outside Fizz does. Fizz has no phone line: support runs through the chat bubble on fizz.ca and the Fizz community forum. That’s also where billing, SIM, and network questions belong.

“I forgot to enter the code.” We can’t fix that, and neither can Fizz support: referral codes are not applied retroactively. The single code field at checkout is the only chance — here’s exactly where it is, for next time or for someone you’re helping.

What we do want to hear about

Corrections. If a number or date on this site is wrong, tell us — with a link to the official fizz.ca page showing the correct information, if you can. If we’re wrong about a number, we’ll fix it within a day, with the change dated. Our process is explained on how we verify.

Press and data questions. We archive Fizz’s official program pages daily across all five regional variants, and we track the $25 / $40 contradiction as it evolves. Journalists and researchers are welcome to ask about the captures or the method.

Suggestions. If there’s a question you wanted answered and couldn’t find here, let us know.
